Wholesale Orders ONLY

ORDER:    Appliques with Glitz has a friendly staff waiting to take your order preferably through telephone service. You are welcome to email inquiries but please confirm and finalize all orders by phone.

Minimum order:   A first time opening order is $150.00 with reorder minimum of $75.00

Shipping:    All orders are shipped via UPS ground, charges paid by the customer FOB Lake Charles, Louisiana unless otherwise requested.

Payment:     We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. 

Custom Orders:    We enjoy offering custom orders with customer designs welcome with delivery of six to eight weeks. A price quote will be sent as soon as possible with a 50% custom order deposit required. There is a 24 piece/pair minimum on all CUSTOM ORDERED designs with all custom orders being final and non-returnable. There is a $50.00 setup fee per custom order.
